The company was founded in 2024 by Daniel Lopes to bring under a single brand the architecture, integration, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure and AI agent work already being delivered across enterprise projects.

In 2024, Power AI was created to bring this work under a single company: applied AI, Microsoft architecture, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure and intelligent automation for complex operations.

Data curation for AI
Enterprise AI starts before the agent: it starts with data quality.
Useful agents don't come from good prompts alone. They depend on well-curated knowledge.
In a multi-country retail context, Power AI's experience includes the architecture and evolution of GPT assistants that support business users across operations such as MaxiGPT, MegaGPT and LionGPT.
The main challenge was not building a chat interface. It was turning operational communications, documents, attachments and content in many formats into reliable, structured knowledge that AI agents could actually consume.
The work centred on ingestion, interpretation, extraction of relevant information, normalisation, curation and context preservation. Before an agent could answer well, the data had to be sound, traceable and ready for semantic search.
The result was an AI-ready knowledge base: structured enough for retrieval, curated enough to earn trust and connected enough to support users in real operational scenarios.
OECD / Tax Inspectors Without Borders
International tax cooperation
Tax Inspectors Without Borders is an OECD and UNDP initiative that helps developing countries strengthen their tax audit capacity.
Technology applied to an international process where clarity, traceability and coordination between countries matter as much as the implementation itself.
Within the UNICC ecosystem, Power AI's experience includes delivering a solution for the OECD's Tax Inspectors Without Borders initiative.
The project digitised the process through which countries request international assistance, structuring requests, programmes, missions and outcomes on a platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
It included a portal for submitting requests, operational management in Dynamics 365, process automation, technical extensions, plugins and JavaScript. The value lay in turning a sensitive international operation into a more organised, traceable and efficient flow.
UNRWA
Digital public services
UNRWA is a United Nations agency providing essential services to Palestine refugees.
A project where technology, international public service and human impact meet.
For UNRWA, the work involved a solution focused on digitising how refugees request services.
The project involved creating a portal and an application so people could request assistance related to work, education and asylum, with Dynamics 365 supporting management and approval in the back office.
The solution also incorporated AI for document recognition and profile verification, plus integrations for virtual meetings. The goal was not only to automate a form, but to make a critical service more accessible, organised and operationally controllable.
WIPO
International conferences
WIPO is the World Intellectual Property Organization, a UN specialised agency dedicated to innovation, creativity and intellectual property.
An international events operation treated as a platform: registration, access, documents and communication connected in a single flow.
For WIPO, the project involved implementing a platform supporting the management of events, conferences and associated operations.
The project used Dynamics 365 Customer Insights for event management, registrations and invitations, integrated with secure access control and SharePoint for document organisation and distribution.
The delivery connected the different parts of a complex operation: participants, invitations, physical access, documents, communication and event governance.
UNICC
UN ecosystem governance
UNICC provides digital services and technology solutions for organizations across the United Nations system and related entities.
Power AI's technical foundation was built in environments where governance, security and traceability are not optional.
At UNICC, the work centred on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise, supporting internal and external projects for UN system partner organizations.
The work involved analysis and organisation of Power Platform environments, issue identification, advanced technical support, team mentoring, contributing to POCs and creating a dedicated ALM process.
This experience consolidated a way of working that now defines Power AI: technical governance, clear architecture, responsible automation and operations-oriented delivery.
FPS Justice Belgium
Belgian public sector
The Belgian public sector runs digital services that demand reliability, governance, documentation, integration and operational continuity.
Digital transformation in the public sector takes more than technology: it takes architecture, governance and operational accountability.
In a Belgian public sector context, Power AI works on digital transformation projects involving Microsoft architecture, technical organisation, systems integration and support for the evolution of enterprise platforms.
The work sits in an environment where reliability, governance, documentation and cross-team integration are essential. Because it involves the public sector and an ongoing context, technical and operational details should only be published once authorised.

AI perspective
For Power AI, artificial intelligence is not a decorative layer on top of old systems. It has to go where there is process, data, decision, repetition, exception and context. Our job is to find where AI can create real gains, design the right architecture and integrate the solution into the environment the company already uses, with security, traceability and room to evolve.
We don't start with the technology. We start with the problem, the process and the expected impact.
Without curated knowledge, agents look smart but deliver little. Our work includes preparing data, documents and contexts so AI has a reliable basis to answer from.
AI has to talk to data, APIs, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and legacy systems.
Intelligent solutions need control, permissions, logs, versioning, limits and clarity about what they automate.
We prefer short cycles, real prototypes and continuous evolution over large projects that promise much and deliver little.

Beyond consulting, Power AI develops its own product concepts based on AI, automation, data and digital experiences. Our internal lab exists to turn real problems into reusable solutions: first as prototypes, then as validated products and, when it makes sense, as scalable offerings.

Prototyping applications that combine interface, data, authentication, APIs and applied intelligence to create simpler, more personalised journeys.
Building technical standards, accelerators and modules that reduce delivery time across Microsoft projects, integrations and automations.
Some initiatives are under reserved development. We will share them only when they are mature enough for public demonstration.

Most of what we deliver follows the same principle: understand before building, design before scaling, and treat operations, automation and governance as parts of the product from the start.
We start from the expected outcome: who uses it, what problem needs solving, what processes exist and what technical, human or operational constraints must be respected.
We define data, integrations, permissions, flows, components, environments and technical decisions before writing production code.
We deliver in short cycles, with software working early, frequent validation and room to adjust scope as the product learns.
We connect systems, remove manual tasks, create APIs and turn processes into traceable, operable flows.
We document decisions, organise environments, version deliveries and leave the solution ready for continuous evolution.

We believe in technology that does not get lost in its own complexity.
A good system is one the business understands, the team can actually run, and anyone can evolve without depending on whoever built it. Automation no one understands becomes a risk. AI without reliable data becomes noise.
Power AI exists to do the opposite: solve the right problem, keep the architecture clear, and leave something that keeps working after we step away. And when it makes sense, it becomes a product, not just another delivered project.
